At Wunderman Thompson, we proudly host a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), each offering valuable opportunities for learning, development, and leadership. These ERGs play a pivotal role in fostering visibility for actively engaged employees, serving as a resource for leadership, and addressing staff and community concerns, needs, and policies.
Our objective is to celebrate the abundance of ERGs supported by Wunderman Thompson. To achieve this, we aim to create a short video that promotes networking, support, mentorship, diversity, inclusion, and professional growth. This video targets individuals who share a common identity or experience, as well as their allies. This inclusive approach encompasses various communities, including Black, Asian, Parents & Caregivers, and Latinx communities.
We have developed a brief introductory video showcasing each of our distinct organizations and their respective objectives. Each group is represented through unique individual illustrations that reflect their identity and mission. We plan to distribute this video throughout our company and across our social media platforms, emphasizing our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and professional development.
