Attentive’s design org is split into product, brand, and strategic design. Each year, during high-stakes periods like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the strategic design team is flooded with client requests and tight timelines. The goal was to boost morale by recognizing their work in a fun and personal way.
-Built a cohesive design system to support repeatable internal campaigns
-Designed digital and physical assets including Zoom wallpapers, stickers, and swag
-Introduced custom awards and birthday cards that could be refreshed annually
-Created a culture of appreciation that extended beyond the holidays
Design System Setup
-Created a flexible system with consistent styles, color palettes, and formats
-Defined templates for physical goods and digital use cases
-Ensured every touchpoint felt personal and team-specific
Asset Creation
-Illustrated custom trading cards highlighting team strengths and personalities
-Designed fun, on-brand tote bags, stickers, and team awards
-Delivered downloadable Zoom wallpapers that reflected inside jokes and team culture
Team Rollout and Feedback
-Packaged everything in a celebratory rollout timed post Cyber Monday
