Attentive's Design team is organized into three distinct branches: product design, strategic design, and branding design. During peak holiday seasons like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the strategic design team often faces an overwhelming influx of client requests.
Our objective was to develop and lead the strategic design branding efforts during this period as a gesture of gratitude for the team's hard work, with the hope of boosting morale throughout the year.
To achieve this goal, we created a comprehensive design system. This system enables us to provide the team with various assets, including digital wallpapers for Zoom meetings, stickers, tote bags, awards, birthday cards, and trading cards, all designed to celebrate our incredible team members.
