Context

Superchat is rethinking how teams connect with customers and each other. As part of a broader brand refresh, I was brought in to elevate their social media presence with content focused on a key product feature — the Unified Inbox. The ask was to create visually sharp and engaging Instagram content that could flex across formats while also exploring new creative directions for the brand.

Quick Wins

Instagram Stories: Static & Animated

What I did

-Created a motion piece using animation to simplify and explain the feature
-Designed a static asset for stories and feed with sharp visuals and clear messaging
-Explored new brand directions through typography, color, and layout
-Focused content around user needs and benefits, not just product features
-Ensured all assets could be adapted easily across platforms and screen sizes

Impact

The campaign offered a new creative lens for how Superchat could show up online. It drove engagement around a core product feature and helped shape the brand’s visual evolution. The design system and animation approach created during this project became a blueprint for future assets.
