Summary

 Superchat is rethinking how teams connect with customers and each other. As part of a larger brand refresh I was brought in to elevate their social presence with content focused on a key product feature the Unified Inbox. The ask was to create visually sharp and engaging Instagram content that could flex across formats while also exploring fresh creative directions for the brand.

Objective

Design two Instagram pieces one static and one animated that
• Clearly show how Unified Inbox works and why it matters
• Experiment with new visual styles that feel fresh and aligned with where the brand could go
• Adapt across formats like stories reels and feed while following best practices for engagement

Results

• Delivered two eye catching assets including a motion piece that used animation to explain the feature in a simple and engaging way
• Brand Exploration: Proposed new directions in type color and layout to help reimagine the brand visually
• User Focused Storytelling: Made sure the design and messaging stayed focused on the user and how this feature helps them

Impact

These results offered a new creative lens for how Superchat could show up online while generating content designed to drive engagement around the Unified Inbox. The brand experiments also helped inform future design directions giving the team more to work with as their visual strategy grows.
